Latest Building Project: Overnight Kennels

by Hilary Bentley • Posted in: Fundraising

Some of our dogs just need a place to lay their heads after a long day at an off-site adoption site. When we moved into our building in August, we didn’t want to waste another minute to save more lives. We set up makeshift kennels and large crates for the dogs to sleep in when they got back from site. But we want a space even better for them.

We have an amazing construction team who have generously donated their time and are going to build nice, proper kennels for the APA dogs. These kennels will provide them a pleasant and cozy place to sleep and dream of their future forever home, and will be easier to clean and sanitize. But we need your help!

Sponsorship is $1,500 per kennel. All sponsors will receive a personalized plaque on their kennel.

Please consider donating any amount towards our kennel fund so the sweet APA! dogs have a comfortable and clean space to sleep every night while they wait for their family. If you have any questions or want to donate offline, please email our development department at email hidden; JavaScript is required for more information.

Another option for donating is to sponsor any of our available pets. Look on each dog’s listing and the sidebar will have an option for sponsoring that particular pet. Anyone who donates $50 or more will also receive a magnet with a photo of that pet! The donation will go to the dogs sleeping place while in our care.

Will there be name plates on the kennels for donations of a certain amount?

The over night kennel donation page says that Jan. 24th was the end date?
