We have more good news to report on Reba. Thanks to all of the physical therapy her foster has done with her, she is now walking! She’s still a little wobbly, but her foster reports that she’s actually started running a little bit now too!
We want to thank her donors, the volunteers who helped her, and especially her foster for taking such great care of this girl. She went from broken hip and a terrible case of distemper which left her blind and unable to walk at all to able to see from one eye, walking, and a very happy dog, loved by many.
And one last piece of good news – her foster has decided to adopt her. They’ve been through so much together and have quite a bond. We’re thrilled for both of them.
For fun, here’s one last video of Reba swimming with her friends.
We are still raising funds to cover the costs of her distemper treatment and hip surgery. Please donate to help us continue to save dogs like her!
