Wag Your Tail-gate Adoption Event

by austinpetsalive • Posted in: General

This Saturday and Sunday, all adoption locations, all pets, except for animals under 3 months old will have a $25 adoption fee.  And if you wear your favorite football jersey or team t-shirt, your adoption fee will be waived completely!

We are on the track to winning the $100,000 ASPCA Challenge this year, for adopting out the most pets, but have some great competition and we need to keep up our adoption momentum to win.

    RE: Marissa
My husband and I met some puppies at the Pet Expo. We have been looking for an ideal adsition to our one dog family. I grew up with Kuvac and was excited when I saw the Great Pyrenese pup on your site. Our goal with our new rescue, whatever dog we choose, is CGC and TDI therapy dog certifcation. We both have decades of dog experience and understand that pyrs ca be willful, but if trained excellent companion and work dogs. With that, we are wonderng if she will be at the puppy event. If not, is there a time or place we cah meet her? I haven’t seen her on the adopftion event daily listings. Thank you dor taking the rme ro read this. I would have aent ri your website but me emal program is buggy.

Hi Angela, I believe Marissa is currently in foster care. If you’re interested in adopting her, you can email email hidden; JavaScript is required and they can get you set up with the foster. Thanks so much for wanting to adopt!

I just saw the story on KXAN about the free adoptions today if you wear football clothes and we have been wanting to get an older cat for quite some time but nobody gave much detail to where to go and at what time to go there and what, if anything, you need to bring to do the adoption. I called 961-6519 but no answer. I am not able to be at a computer with internet all day… Can someone call and let me know how I can come get a cat today to add to our family?? Thanks.
