Monica leads the human resources team at Rendevor Dialysis, where she focuses on leadership development, talent acquisition, performance management, and retention. Prior to joining Rendevor, she served as the global HR lead at the Dell Foundation for 11 years, worked at Seton/ Ascension healthcare and Accenture. Monica holds a BS in Commerce from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the Darden School of Business at the University of Virginia. She is an active volunteer in the Austin community, an avid foodie, and loves to explore Austin with her rescue beagle.
