As Senior Director of Operations, Neil Hay oversees the connection
between the strategy of our lifesaving activities and the day to day
operations of APA!. In this role, Neil will lead a number of important

model that recognizes the need to get dogs and cats into the most
appropriate home, as quickly as possible, and provides our fosters with
the support they need to be our partners in the lifesaving mission of
APA!.
