Friendly, Sweet, Confident

Maple is a retired mom-cat whose kittens have moved on to their forever homes, so now it's her turn! She has blossomed, and her non-momcat personality is sweet, affectionate, and people-centric. She enjoys being petted and rubbing up against your legs, and she'll get a big purr going when she's feeling lovey. She adores head and chin scratches and will jump up on the couch or your bed to sit next to you (rather than in your lap).

Maple is chatty, and will call out to find where you are in the house. She bonds with her person and would make a perfect companion, giving and receiving affection. She would probably do better as an only cat; she tends to boss around the senior cat in her foster home, and hasn't warmed up to him, even though he's a nice guy. She hasn't been around kids or dogs.

A home that's on the quieter side would be best for Maple, so she can embrace her new life, continue to bloom, and get plenty of one-on-one petting and attention. Contact us today to arrange a meet & greet with this beautiful calico with bright green eyes!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
