Friendly, Affectionate, Adorable

When you have a gorgeous, tabby coat dappled with dazzling flecks of gold, people are going to sit up and take notice. And so it goes with beautiful Bianca..but, she doesn't let it go to her head! She's an easy going gal who is incredibly friendly to humans of all ages. She has a self sufficient, independent side too and is perfectly happy sitting on a window sill taking in the world. Stop by her perch to say hello and she's quick to greet you and share her sweet affection.

Bianca enjoys the company of other cats. In fact, her best buddy is a seven-month-old kitten! We haven't seen her around dogs. She has an adorable meow that she only seems to use when she rides in the car.

Bianca has tested positive for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus). FeLV cats have a virus that causes a weaker immune system - they do not have cancer! For the most part, felvies are just like any other cat. You could not pick one out of the crowd, and they generally do not require much additional care. As a bonus, we waive their adoption fees! APA! provides full coverage and treatment for any FeLV-related issues that arise after the time of adoption. Cats with FeLV typically have a shortened lifespan - we like to compare it to the lifespan of adopting a senior kitty, with the added benefit that they don't have chronic senior health problems, and that FeLV related medical care is covered. Bianca is not contagious to people, dogs or other animals, but should live only with other FeLV+ cats.
