There is nothing scary about The Thing! (Unless affectionate kittens scare you, and we think they probably don't.)

If there was a movie about our Thing, it could be titled, "The Thing That Snuggled". Because Thing is so happy when you wrap him in a blanket and snuggle with him while he falls asleep purring and making air biscuits. Otherwise, he thinks nirvana is when you scratch his tummy, chin, and cheeks - in no particular order, or all at once!

Also, if you have a heating pad, Thing will nap on that...for days...he's all about being warm and cozy!

Thing has a cute chirp that he uses to say, "Good morning!", and will chirp and chat away until you get the hint and give him some loving. Did we mention he is extremely affectionate? (You probably figured that part out.)

Thing also gets along with the resident small dog in his foster home!

Thing is supremely handsome with an amazing face - an exotic, pointed chin, with eyes that almost match his fur. Contact us today to meet this fabulous-in-every-way kitten!

The Thing has tested positive for Feline Leukemia (FeLV). It is possible for kittens six months and younger to shed this virus completely and test negative, so he will be re-tested for FeLV at his six month birthday, at which time a definitive diagnosis can be assured. Until then, he should live with no other cats or kittens to ensure the virus is not passed. The Thing is available for adoption now to adopters who can accommodate a feline leukemia positive, or negative, cat as he is not yet of age to have a definitive test. For more information, please contact APA! or read more by our Partner, Best Friends Animal Society: http://bit.ly/2FwYCxR

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
