Bobby's big ears are is his foster's favorite thing about him - aside from his smirk and little chubby body. But Bobby's on a weight-loss journey to become a better version of himself!

Bobby's currently in foster with four other dogs ranging in size from 6 to 50 pounds (three chihuahuas and a lab). He's made himself a part of the pack and happily puts up with all their personalities! Although he loves his foster doggie siblings, Bobby's best friend is his cute monkey toy. It's a large stuffed animal that he's had with him since before foster, and he keeps it in his bed to use as a pillow.

Bobby has a low energy level, but absolutely loves being pet and will roll over for belly rubs. Sometimes he'll stop right where he is to roll over if he thinks he'll be getting some! While Bobby enjoys attention, he's a low maintenance pup and is just fine hanging out on his own. He doesn't ask for much - just somewhere with a nice comfy bed for him and his monkey to relax together. He'll give kisses when asked, especially if his humans may have just had a snack! And if you've ever wanted a pup to dress up, Bobby doesn't mind - he also enjoys being carried and bathed.

Bobby does well left home alone and is non-destructive; he's left uncrated but in a gated-off space when his people are away and normally just hangs out in his dog bed. Bobby knows what area of the house is "his," doesn't jump on furniture, seldom barks, and has easily gotten used to the household routine, including mealtime - he's on a diet currently so that gets him very excited! He even does a little jump up and runs for food, which is about the only time you'll see him with so much energy! He successfully uses pee pads currently to help him perfect his housetraining skills and walks well on a leash outdoors.

If you're looking for a pup who is people and dog friendly, as well as obedient, come meet this sweet boy!
