Friendly, Playful, Purr-Machine

Introducing Double Butter Popcorn! The kitten with a corny name! Just wait until you meet him. You will find that he is an absolute love monster!

Double Butter Popcorn loves people, is very friendly and comes running when you enter the room. He wants to be picked up and petted and will seek attention. He'll sit on you and allow you to pet and stroke him. He'll also turn on his purr machine immediately and let it roar!

Toys with balls on a track are Double B's favorite! He loves to bat them around, watch them go, then do it again! He is very playful and is used to playing with his siblings. He is fine around other cats too. We have not seen him around dogs or kiddos. But, he is such a happy kitten that he should do well with both if given slow introductions.

Double Butter Popcorn has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Double Butter Popcorn can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

Double Butter Popcorn has two siblings that also have FeLV+, and are ready for adoption. A great opportunity for one who would like to have more than one cat in their family. Check out Nacho Cheese Popcorn APA-109335, and Chocolate Covered Popcorn APA -100336!

Please remember that FeLV+ cats must remain indoors.

Check out his photos, and come by to meet him!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
