Eden is an equal opportunity cuddler! He lives to share his love, and chilling out and snuggling in your lap is the best way to spend time, in his opinion. But if your lap isn't available, he will cuddle with the other cats in the house - or even the dog! He is a happy boy who loves to purr his joy.

Eden is less interested in playing, but you can catch his interest with a wand toy when he's in the mood. Or, he will sometimes zoom and chase the other cats around the house with his signature bunny hop!

Eden is a Manx, and as is common with Manx cats, his spine is shortened and didn't develop normally. As a result, he doesn't have a tail and his back legs are wonky - which is why he bunny hops around! He is also incontinent, also common with some Manx cats.

Eden needs his human to manually express him about three times a day; he can't "go" on his own. It's pretty straightforward, and doesn't take much time to care for him! Once you get the hang of it, it could take no more than 15 minutes a day; APA! will show you how to manually express Eden and make sure you are comfortable with it. It helps that he's a little champ about it, too! He's been this way since he was born, so it's "normal" for him.

Caring for an incontinent cat is easier than you may think. Check out this video! bit.ly/CatExpressionDemo

In addition to being great with cats and dogs (after an intro period), we think that he could be good with older, gentle kids who would love a snuggle buddy! Eden is the perfect cuddle companion.

He is always polite and quiet, though he may yell a little bit if he thinks it's overdue for dinner time!

Eden has a gray tabby and white coat, crystal clear green eyes, a happy and super affectionate nature, and a big heart full of love he wants to share with you! Contact us today to arrange a meet & greet!

Eden requires some extra medical care, which includes manual expression and may include a regulated diet and/or meds, and an occasional booty bath. For more information, please contact APA!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
