Playful, Coos like a pigeon, Friendly

Apostrophe is a friendly and purr-fect playful friend who is happy, smart, and talkative. This cutie coos like a pigeon, but he is MUCH cuter than a pigeon and he also loves to purr with glee. He thinks it is the cat's meow to chase plastic spring toys for cats and he plays with them all day, more than an hour at a stretch until he gets tried or takes a nap or food break.

Apostrophe likes to be in the same room with his people. He doesn't snuggle much but will sleep near your knees. He happily coos when he wants something and it is quite adorable. It feels almost as if he is talking to himself while playing. He will keep you entertained with his animated antics.

Apostrophe's ideal home would be one with other kitties/dogs/humans to play with. He is also fairly independent when it comes to keeping himself entertained, and a home with lots of toys or windows/patios to look out of would be ideal for him.

Check him out on Instagram @priti.changlani with the story highlight "Apostrophe"!

Apostrophe has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Apostrophe can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
