Beautiful, Friendly, Quiet

Antonieta is a calm and quiet senior lady who likes affection from her humans! She prefers to chill out on the floor or a soft surface, like a low bed, while receiving gentle pets from you on her head, neck, and body. And while you are doing that, she will give you her low chirpy sound; so cute! Her ideal home would be tranquil and low-stress, with adults and young adults.

Antonieta is shy and cautious at first, so be patient and give her cozy, private spaces and time to settle in and feel comfortable. You'll know she has relaxed when she emerges from her cozy space and lovingly rubs her head on you!

Antonieta is still a stunner, even in her golden years! She is a dilute calico, which means that her calico colors are muted and in shades of pastel. Gorgeous! And the blue shading around her eyes is outstanding.

Antonieta is taking meds for dental disease and feline herpes flare-ups, and needs to be monitored to make sure she stays comfortable and out of any pain.

Antonieta is beautiful, kind, gentle, loving, and friendly! Give this golden girl a chance - contact us today to arrange a meet & greet.

Antonieta has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Antonieta can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
