When Teddie sits a certain way, his white bib makes a big circle, meeting up with the little white circle that is his mouth and chin (see photo)! He's adorable, and all he has to do is sit there and look cute. Which he does, 110%!

Teddie and his brother, Teacup (108100), have feline cerebellar hypoplasia (CH), which is a non-progressive, non-contagious neurological condition that causes balance issues. Teddie and Teacup have mild CH; they are both wobbly but can play, eat, and use the litter box just fine! Teacup is more wobbly and less mobile than Teddie, so he has a cute stumble-walk that he uses to get wherever he wants to go, which is everywhere! This way of life is perfectly normal to them, and they are happy kittens! They are the perfect pair of kittens, and it would be most excellent if they were adopted together. Teddie is loving, playful, and super handsome! Contact us today to arrange a meet & greet!

CH cats were born like this and usually wobble or have a funny gait; some cats have a minor imbalance and some are very wobbly. Cats with minor to moderate CH require no special care, or only minor accommodation, like avoiding stairs. Cats adopted from APA! with CH must be kept indoors only. CH cats have the same lifespan as other cats. For more information, please visit: lifewithchcats.com.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
