Super sweet, active & fun, snuggler
Meet Felicia Fancybottom! (Isn't that the best name?)
She's a curious explorer with plenty of spunk while also being quite the friendly and playful gal. Young and energetic, she's very active during playtime and loves to explore. While she's less interested in wrestling compared to her sisters, she loves to chase, fetch, and play with wand toys. Felicia Fancybottom is highly affectionate and adores snuggle time. According to her foster, she follows you around like a dog and always wants to sleep in bed with you!
This kitty packs a lot of personality and has a lot to say! When she is hungry, she WILL let you know! Make no mistake, those little lungs can bust out a dramatic MEOWWWWW you can't ignore!
Due to her young age, she's still getting used to new sounds and environments but if you're patient with her, she'll be fine. She gets along very well with other cats and, while she hasn't been exposed to dogs or children yet, her foster thinks she'll be able to learn to love dogs.
If you are looking for a spunky cat that can be independent with a kitty playmate while you work, but is snuggly and affectionate when you sit down and could enjoy some snuggles, look no further than Felicia Fancybottom. This girl and her sister Dancing Nuttypants (112013) will enjoy their days playing and make good use of time while you tend to other things. When you crash on the couch and need to keep your hands busy so you don't snack away that entire bowl of Doritos, these girls will lounge in your lap, curl up in your arms, or flatten on your chest for some snuggles. An ideal home for Felicia Fancybottom would be one that has at least one kitty playmate (like her sister!) and loving humans who will play and snuggle with her in equal amounts.
Felicia Fancybottom and her sister Dancing Nuttypants are from the same litter and great friends! It would be great if they were adopted together as they already make fantastic playmates. If you're curious about Dancing Nuttypants, check out https://bit.ly/3ATUMgW.
Felicia Fancybottom has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waves the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Felicia Fancybottom can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed, or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
