Cuddly, Playful, Loving

Hold the Anchovy takes on a whole new meaning with adorable Anchovy! This exquisitely beautiful kitten is so loving and affectionate. She loves to be carried around or snuggling up in your lap. Her purr motor is powered by love and she must have an infinite supply, it runs nonstop!

Anchovy's calico coat is a stunning abstract masterpiece! No matching patterns or symmetry , instead you will find a beautiful montage of black, orange, white and cream. Picasso would be proud!

Anchovy loves to play! So many toys, so little time...her favorites include springs, wands, jingle balls, track toys and the tails of her kitty friends. She is also an expert fly catcher and would likely be more than willing to play with other flying or crawling visitors.

Anchovy adores kids of all ages and loves following the 8-year-old in her foster home around everywhere. She gets along very well with other cats and would love a home that includes a kitty friend.

Precious Anchovy experienced a traumatic event prior to her arrival at APA! We don't know exactly what happened, but due to the injury she sustained she can't use her back legs. But, she is as happy, loving and as blissfully full of fun as any other kitten. This little gal can zoom like the best of them and can climb on up her tower to look out the window when the mood hits. She also can climb into bed to snuggle with you, one of her favorite pastimes!

Anchovy is incontinent due to her injury. This may make you wonder what kind of care would be expected from Anchovy's forever family. There's not much to it as it turns out. She just needs help expressing her bladder because she can't do it by herself. Anchovy makes it easy - a gentle press and one, two, three...done! Her foster and APA staff can show you how to do it and answer any questions.

Anchovy is such a treasure! She plays with joy, loves with all of her heart and is sweet as can be. Contact us to schedule an introduction!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
