Friend-To-All, Chatty-Cathy, Energizer-Bunny

Larch loves to receive pets and cuddles. He will immediately begin to purr to express his gratitude anytime you reach your hand in his direction. In an attempt to get first dibs on being petted, Larch will sometimes push his brother, Linden, out of the way. He always wants to be the center of attention.

When Larch sees you, he will call you with his squeaky little voice. We hypothesize that Larch is calling out his location, so you can quickly find him and give him the love and attention he desires!

Larch enjoys running and wrestling his brother, Linden, during his free time. He also finds lots of joy in playing with toys and exploring all the nooks and crannies in his surroundings. Larch knows how to keep himself entertained throughout the day.

Larch has two unique attributes to his appearance that make him stand out from the crowd. He has a gray spot on his head that stands out against the rest of his white fur. He also has a minor adhesion of the third eyelid to his cornea in one of his eyes; it does not hinder his ability to see, but it does make him look like he is giving you a little wink!

Larch has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption.
