Curious, Lovebug, Calm-yet-animated

Tiana loves to snuggle, but also likes her alone time! When she settles into your home, she will accept head pats, chin scritches, full body pets...while making the most serene, quiet purr. She will make biscuits when she's happy, and might make them on you! In no time she will be head-butting you and venturing into your lap for a nap. She will even lick you and give you a gentle love nibble!

Tiana likes to play with string toys and jingle balls. She seems particularly taken with the jingle ball, and will bat it back and forth to you - and when you are doing something else, you will hear her dribbling it around the house, soccer-style! You may also hear Tiana scratching on her scratching post, which she enjoys doing.

Tiana likes to perch by a window and observe everything going on outside. Give her a chair, a desk, a cat tree...and she will take up position and do her part for the Neighborhood Watch!

Tiana is so quiet - even her meows are "silent" meows, at this point! - that you may be sitting on the sofa reading, not sure where she is, and suddenly she is RIGHT NEXT TO YOU. She can be stealth! She has been known to sneak up behind you and suddenly wind around your legs, even if you are walking. She's kind of a ninja!

Tiana's being fostered with a small dog, and though he is tiny, chill, and elderly, she is not a fan. When she was in the shelter she had a grumpy feline roommate and didn't care for him, either, but she might be okay with another cat who was laid-back and easy to get along with.

When it comes to food, Tiana thinks what's yours is hers. She is not above sticking her face into that bowl of soup you're eating!

Tiana has a beautiful gray-blue and white coat, and she sleeps curled up while covering her face, which is totally adorable (see photos)!

Tiana is the perfect combination of chill and playful, and the more you know her, the more she blossoms and opens up. She would do best in a quieter home with adults and older kids. She needs time to relax and adapt - and will bloom into the cutest girl, all the way around!
