Purry, Friendly, Cuddly

Like the tiny Thumbelina from the fairy tale, Thumbelina the cat may seek companionship from other creatures her own size, but she's also happy for any and all attention she can get from humans! Thumbelina loves other cats and people. She is so outgoing and friendly and constantly purrs when she's around humans or other kitties!

In foster, Thumbelina lives with another young kitty, and the two of them are best buddies. They love to snuggle in the cat bed together, and play with cat toys and wrestle together. She loves hanging out with people too. If you're sitting on the couch watching TV, Thumbelina will come over and sit on your lap (or try to crawl up your body to sit on your shoulder).

Even when her human is busy and the other kitty isn't around to play, Thumbelina can have tons of fun by herself! She loves playing with the ball tower toy, chasing ball toys, and swatting at window shade pulls. But nothing beats having another kitty around to play with!

Thumbelina has a history of prolapse and takes an oral med twice daily to help soften her stools. She doesn't mind taking the med and you can even put it in her wet food and she won't notice. For now, Thumbelina's prolapse isn't an issue at all and she isn't bothered by it - it's something to be aware of and keep an eye on.

Thumbelina would be happiest in a home with humans who are looking for a super loving and outgoing kitty. She loves snuggling, so she'd love to hang out with you on the couch or by your side as you work as much as possible! Thumbelina would also really enjoy having another kitty friend since she loves playing and cuddling with other cats so much.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
