Chatty, High-Spirit, Hungry Hippo

Just like Garfield, Mom's Avocado Fridge's personality is largely centered around food. His stomach appears to be a bottomless pit since he is always hungry. It is quite adorable when Mom's Avocado Fridge yowls at you to get him food. He just gets so excited and so impatient simultaneously that he has to let it out in a good old-fashioned meow.

When he is hungry, Mom's Avocado Fridge will come and find you. He enjoys getting his head scratched and receiving all sorts of pets. Mom's Avocado Fridge has sat on his foster's lap, but it was only briefly. He is still new to APA! and learning how to get comfortable in his new space and environment. Mom's Avocado Fridge can be scared easily, so he is looking for someone who will be patient with him as he learns to adapt and trust people.

Mom's Avocado Fridge has done well around other cats; so, we think he would do just fine alongside a feline friend in his forever home!

Mom's Avocado Fridge has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Mom's Avocado Fridge can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
