Calm, Friendly, Quiet!

Juan in a Million is that perfect sweetheart who is truly one in a million! He is both friendly and low key and while he likes to check out his surroundings first to feel safe, he is quickly ready to be your playful bestie. Juan loves a good snack and likes food to be available. He enjoys hanging in the kitchen while you cook so he can sniff all the things. He is very well behaved and doesn't steal food, he just likes to investigate.

Juan likes a good blanket or cat bed to rest in, and he prefers a quieter environment with less loud noises. Your patience while he gets acclimated will be greatly rewarded as he is an absolute perfect companion. He loves pets and will happily nuzzle your legs to ask for more. When he settles in he loves to play, and his eyes light up when he has a stuffed toy or a wand toy to play with. He's a gentleman who airways uses the scratch pad for his claws. Don't let his Eeyore expression fool you, he is a fun, sweet guy who is ready to be loved.

Juan's tail has been broken at some point and so the tip of it feels like a zig zag, but don't worry, it doesn't hurt and he uses it to his advantage and swirls it around like a corkscrew. What a unique boy! He makes little "whuff" breath noises when he's happy, which is very rewarding to hear. He likes slow introductions to other animals and is trying to learn to play with the other kitties and a small dog.

Juan is cautious at first, but as long as he has a safe space to go to when he's overwhelmed he's a happy boy, and uses it less over time. He would thrive in home that is quieter and in return he's not a party all day kind of guy. He would like some soft quiet time, lots of pets, some kind pet friends, and one or more sweet people who will be delighted to pet and play with him. This Juan in a Million boy is sure to be a fantastic companion!

APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
