Lovable, Lazy, Couch-Potato

Meet Moe Howard, a charming tuxedo cat with a personality as unique as his appearance. This black and white kitty sports adorable white socks and a cute white spot on his upper lip, making him a standout guy in any home.

Moe is a laid-back, carefree kitty who enjoys a lazy day but also experiences random bursts of energy in the evenings. He's incredibly friendly and loves interacting with people, often invading your personal space for a good sniff or a gentle lick. Although not overly active, Moe enjoys batting around small toys and dice-sized objects, playing with wand toys while lying on his back, and running through or lounging in his cat tube. He also loves tearing up paper bags for some added fun.

Affectionate and loving, Moe will often sit on your chest or shoulders when you're relaxing and greet you at the door when you come home. He follows his person around the house and enjoys sitting on desks or tables in front of you. Moe is friendly with strangers and guests, offering them gentle sniffs and rubs, though he saves his most affectionate behavior for his person. He's comfortable being carried but prefers short durations.

Moe isn't very vocal but will chirp for attention. He gets along well with other cats, having lived with FeLV cats before. Though he hasn't been around other cats recently, his previous interactions were positive. Moe is neutral towards dogs; he's curious but cautious and has shown interest in making friends with more time. He's also good with children, having interacted well with a 6-year-old, responding positively to play and noise.

Moe has asthma, which is treated with oral steroids and a puff from his inhaler! And despite this, he's absolutely a wonderful beginner cat with no behavioral issues, perfect litter box habits, and a gentle disposition. He's a lovable, well-behaved couch potato with a unique look, including slightly longer toes that add to his quirky charm.

Moe would thrive in a quieter home with multiple people, as he can get stressed if left alone for too long. He would also benefit from having another cat friend to keep him company!

If you're looking for a sweet, affectionate cat with a lot of love to give, Moe Howard is the perfect addition to your home!

Moe Howard has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Moe Howard can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
