Friendly, Lapcat, Catnip Lover

Meet Flojo, a super sweet kitty who loves people and belly rubs! When Flojo rolls over onto his back and stretches his belly long, that's how you know he's asking for belly rubs. And don't worry, it's not a trap to just attack your hand - he welcomes all the belly rubs you'll give him!

Flojo is happiest when he's hanging out with his people and is 100% lap cat. If you sit down, Flojo will take that as your lap being available just for him, and he will crawl right in your lap and start purring. He's also an expert biscuit maker. If you're scratching his belly, Flojo will make biscuits, continuing to purr away! While it's certain that Flojo loves people, we don't know much about his history around other cats and dogs, so he would need a slow introduction to other pets.

For as much as he loves people and attention, Flojo doesn't pester you for it. He's really not that vocal at all, just a quiet, easygoing lover boy! When he's not snuggled up with you, Flojo loves rolling around in catnip and playing with wand toys. He's also pretty skilled at catching flies, so while he's entertained, you get a personal fly catcher - it's a win win!

The perfect home for Flojo is one with people who will give him lots of love (i.e. belly rubs)! He absolutely adores people and is sure to return all the love you give him back ten fold!

Flojo came to APA! after suffering some unknown trauma that gave him incontinence. He requires some extra medical care, which includes medications twice a day to help with his poops, and getting his bladder squeezed two times a day - super easy! Because of his incontinence, he does need a routine that works with his simple medical needs, but his routine can be adaptable to what works for you. For more information, please contact APA!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
