Social, Chatty, Cuddly

Do it for Johnny is loving the attention he gets in his foster home! He's a friendly little guy who thrives when he's in the spotlight.

With a hello here, and a meow for food there, Do it for Johnny has the gift for gab! He will happily initiate and keep a conversation going. He does seem to be most motivated to chat when it's mealtime, or he suspects food may be an option to be shared with him. He is a big boy that isn't afraid to admit he loves to eat!

Do it for Johnny is the best of both worlds when it comes to picking a pet, he is practically a dog in a cat's body, but still gets caught up in silly cat antics like snuggling into paper bags! He will come running when called, and is almost too smart for his own good. Luckily he is highly motivated by pets and cuddles with his humans, and would rather be with you than looking for trouble.

Do it for Johnny LOVES laser pointers! He is not much for toys, he mostly just wants to chase after that little red dot!

Do it for Johnny would be a great addition to an active home with people who are eager to have an interactive and energetic cat around! He has enough personality to fill a a home, good for him, he'd rather be your only cat. He will do well with experienced cat owners who can help him channel his energy and use it for good - like getting extra pets and asking about his human's day.

See if you and your home will be the purr-fect fit for Do it for Johnny and contact APA! today to learn more about adopting him!

Do it for Johnny has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Do it for Johnny can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
