"Little miss perfect! She's such a little doll." - Garlic Bread's caretaker

Garlic Bread may be named after a side, but this girl is really the centerpiece! She is eager to be the center of attention when her humans enter the room. She'll meow a sweet greeting, run right up and circle and rub all over your legs until you pet her. She is not afraid to ask for the attention she craves!

Garlic Bread does a purr-fect elevator butt when pet her in just about any way, but if you go straight down her back you may have just solidified a new friendship, her favorite spot seems to be right at the base of her tail! The other easy way to her heart is with treats. This little lady goes crazy for them, and will remember who treat'ed her right and kept her happily fed!

She's all about cuddle sessions she's very very easygoing and will allow you to hold her and love on her while she makes little biscuits on your arm.

She waits semi-patiently for her food, and mostly is interested in getting in lots of pets while she has visitors! If they happen to bring in some yummy treats, Garlic Bread will oblige and eat them - she's very considerate like that.

Garlic Bread hasn't shown a particularly playful side in the shelter yet, but she does love wand toys or shoe laces. She will always find something to entertain herself. Garlic Bread also loves to make biscuits. She makes sure to keep her nails trim by taking advantage of any scratching post in sight! She gets very focused on this task, and is a delight to watch while she uses the post. If a soft and cozy blanket puddle happens to be nearby after she has put so much effort into scratching, Garlic Bread snuggles right in and can nap the day away like that!

If your home is missing out on a friendly, affectionate little brown tabby, Garlic Bread sounds like the purrfect fit! Contact APA! today to adopt her into your family.

Garlic Bread has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Garlic Bread can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
