Harmonica should be given the award "Snuggler of the Century!" When she's tired, or if she senses you're tired, she'll sit right next to you (sometimes even on you!) and fall asleep, purring like a little motorboat. But don't be fooled - Harmonica has a ton of energy and loves being playful. She loves feather stick toys and chasing balls, she absolutely never gets bored of her toys!

Harmonica is an American Shorthair with a beautiful black coat that's made for the runway; one of her eyes has some scarring, but it doesn't impact her vision at all. She is also very sociable. She has had positive experiences with other cats, and based on her affectionate personality it is likely that she could get along well with a friendly dog and gentle children as well.

The ideal home for her is one with lots of toys, and vertical and horizontal play. Her human companion should have time to play with her every day as well. If you want a beautiful, affectionate, and energetic kitty to brighten up your life, Harmonica is the perfect one for you!

Harmonica has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Harmonica can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
