Mimsy is so unlike the dictionary definition of her name that she is demanding that Webster's publish a new meaning for "mimsy", one which suits her personality perfectly:

Mimsy: 1. cuddly, purrs like an engine, toy chaser

Because Mimsy loves snuggles and head scratches! During which she will purr LOUDLY, happily, and blissfully.

And with her purr motor all revved up, it's off to the races - to chase toys! And she really gets some air when you bring out the wand toy!

Mimsy also chases her sister, Whimsy (125679), and they take turns being the "chaser" and the "chasee." These two sisters have the best time cuddling and playing!
