Fabulous Felix can fix any bad day and make the good ones even better. He is just the fix you need! You can't be sad or lonely with this guy around. This passionate in-your-face love muffin is just the healing you need after a tough day and the loyal friend that lets you know you matter and are loved...a whole lot!
Felix will greet you at the front door and help you take a load off as soon as you walk in. He is ready and waiting to shower you in head butts and bathe you in soothing purrs. Once you sit down he will lovingly lounge on your lap, wrap himself around you and accept all the pets you want to give. He may even use your legs for a full body st-r-e-e-e-t-ch!
Felix is one of 11 outdoor kitties that was rescued after the owner moved and left them behind. He has always been quite the social butterfly, so sweet and eager for a human connection. He transitioned to indoor life like he'd never known anything else - being a loving housecat is definitely his calling. The sink is his favorite place to lounge and when the hooman turns on the water he channels his inner-fishy! He loves to play with running water and make himself a soggy mess.
Felix makes everything fun, even cleaning. HIs foster quickly discovered this when she bent over to clean near the sink where Felix was sitting. He jumped on her back and was ready for a piggy back ride! Not just for a few seconds mind you, he was happy to hang out there until she let him know the ride was over.
Felix sometimes shows his affection with little love nibbles. His foster mom is working on keeping his nibbles soft, but confesses she actually loves getting them! But, he may be a better fit for older children or adults as he's learning to adjust this particular display of love for his humans.
Felix is a boy who knows what he wants and that's you! He's always the first to come in for lovin' and elbows past his kitty buddies to make sure he's on the front lines of any affection being offered.
He is a pro at the litter box and loves all foods with the cutest pooch to show it! He mixes well with all his kitty family which range in age from 4 months to 5 years. He loves to play with the toys his people wave around, thinks the cardboard scratch box rocks and is of the opinion that kitty wrestling is the bomb.
Lounging is one of Felix's favorite pastimes, especially in sinks and window sills filled with sunlight. He would love one of those kitty loungers that suction to the window and a hammock would probably be a hit.
