Mellow, Loving, Sweet

Twig is ready to branch out and be someone's forever kitty! She has endless purrs to share and loves to cuddle up underneath the blankets. She loves pets, and more dog-like than cattish, she loves belly rubs!

One thing you should know about Twig is that she isn't going to show you her affectionate side at first. She is reserved initially and doesn't immediately warm up to new people. But, she's packing a whole lot of sweetness and once she trusts you, she is the most loving little kitten!

Twig's foster family says she has done a 180 since arriving. She has gone from initially not coming out of her kennel to sleeping in bed with her foster mom every night. When Twig is hungry, she has the cutest way of meowing and leading her foster to her bowl. Otherwise, she is a quiet girl. She can be fairly independent and entertains herself just fine. But, as soon as you call her, she will coming running for pets, purrs and snuggles!

Twig's pretty tabby coat has delicate golden tones that match her soulful eyes. She starts to purr the second she feels your hand and then demands that you keep loving on her. She LOVES other cats and would thrive in a home that includes another friendly kitty.

Remember how we told you that Twig loves belly rubs just like a dog? Well, Twig has a few other doggie traits too. She lovingly licks your hand and fingers, and when you pet her she gets so into it that she sometimes drools like a pup. It's equally funny and sweet!

Twig will beautifully flourish in a home with patient people who will gently nurture her and give her all the time she needs to feel comfortable.
