Gaia is fully rocking her "mother earth themed name! She sports an earthy-toned coat, in beautiful shades of russet and sienna. She's also a recently retired momma with a gentle and nurturing spirit who successfully raised 5 beautiful kittens. This warm and friendly girl is ready for a fabulous furever home!

Gaia is one of 11 outdoor kitties that were rescued after the owner moved and left them behind. Thankfully she was trapped just a few days before she gave birth to her litter. She's had no problem transitioning from street cat to cuddle kitty. She was so eager for human connection that she allowed her trapper to pick her up despite never being handled before! Once she settled in, her affectionate and playful spirit came right out. She meows for pets and throws herself at your feet for lovins'. She enjoys being picked up, cradled, and held over the shoulder. She enjoys receiving kisses and face nuzzles, but her all time favorite is yummy face scratches, which she loves to lean into.

She's a healthy girl who loves to eat and has easily put on weight in foster care. Her coat gleams with hints of orange and she has the most striking and unique round shaped eyes. She loves to play with toys and could often be found wrestling with she and her sister's kittens. Yes! She and her sister, Eywa, had 5 kittens each, 5 days apart, 3 boys and 2 girls each! They have raised their litters together and would nurse and groom each other's kittens. These two have a really special bond and they would love a home where they could stay together.
