Shortcake shortage you say? This feline is on the case! Shortcake Shortage's master biscuit making skills will whip up some new 'shortcakes' in no time - with his sweet demeanor as the icing on the cake!

Truthfully, Shortcake Shortage wishes he could make his own food! He is obsessed with all things treat, snack or meal-time related. He is mostly a laidback feline, but lets his crazy energy out when he thinks someone may be giving him a treat or two! He is a social and friendly cat, but is extra affectionate as a thank you once he has been fed. If you're trying to get in some extra pets or cuddles, right after mealtime is your chance!

Shortcake Shortage's relaxed nature translates well to making other furry friends. He has made fast friends with the other foster cat in his home, and the two run, play, and even eat together! He would do great in a home with an equally friendly and chill cat!

Running around and playing is essential for Shortcake Shortage to make sure he will always have room for any food that may come his way! His end goal is to work up an appetite and hopefully get his human's attention to remember to spoil him with yummy food! Interacting with other cats is his go-to for playtime, but he can be tempted to run around after a feather toy or two as well!

Becoming an indoor cat after being thought to be a barn cat, Shortcake Shortage comes with extra appreciation for the luxury of living in a home! Easy access to food, wonderful people to meow at for pets, and fellow feline friends to play and be silly with to name just a few! He is thoroughly enjoying his new spoiled life, and can't wait to shower his adopters with all of the biscuits of thanks
