When you adopt a pet from APA!, you save a life. That's a core tenet of animal rescue. You hear it often enough and sometimes don't fully realize *exactly* what that means. That's not the case with this sweet ball of floof known as Moody Foodie.

Recently featured on Austin Pets Alive!'s instagram account (www.instagram.com/p/C7E6LiupYsT), Moody Foodie has overcome an undeniably rough start. Through the combination of the care of our team and her resilient spirit, she has made a full recovery, is chilling with a foster, and is quite eager to find her furever home!

This sassy girl lives up to her name. But only in the best ways. Moody Foodie's many moods include curiosity, zestiness, and affection. She loves exploring her environment and checking out all the cool places. She relishes peppy pounces, whether they are directed to a toy, the air, or her foster friend. She happily cuddles with her people, letting you cradle her in your arms as you rub her soft kitty belly. Hit just the right spot and tempo and Moody Foodie will purr with delight.

Moody Foodie is currently in foster care with a small dog, senior cats, and another kitten foster. She and the dog have made a truce and respect each other's boundaries. The senior cats enjoy her company, but can't really match her kitten energy. Luckily, the other foster kitty, Earth Crystal complements Moody Foodie's temperament. These two little ones are a whirlwind of playfulness. Their antics include wrestling, chasing each other through the cat tunnel, and batting toys back-and-forth. You can check out their shenanigans on social media at instagram.com/smittenwithkittensatx

See all about Earth Crystal on her page: tinyurl.com/54rw59sk

While Moody Foodie would absolutely love to be adopted together with Earth Crystal and get to continue their friendship, she's also open to making new friends. She would do really well in a multicat home; especially one where her dynamic disposition can thrive.
