Bright, animated, purry, snuggly little sparkler!

Cabbages is a classic little doll! Called "Cabby" in her foster home, she is a smart, active, purry, and cuddly little sparkler - and growing into a spunky little firecracker!

Want to snuggle? She's up for it. Want to play? She's up for it. She is a hummy and happy girl who moves through life with the greatest of ease and no drama. She is already showing confidence and "inner-directedness" and will make her own choices about what she wants to do!

Cabby will ask for cuddles and loves to get smooches on her face and top of her head - and she will give you kisses, too! She will climb into your lap and purr, doing a combo of snuggling and playing (so have a toy at the ready!); eventually, the playing wins out, because she is built for speed!

She is alert to everything going on around her! Show her a toy and she's ON IT. She does frisky zooms, sideways hops, mad dashes to climb something...and repeat! She already uses the scratching post to climb and get her scratch on. She loves chasing string toys and leaping for wand toys - and will astound you with her mid-air spins to catch them! - and will play with pretty much any toy she meets, at least once.

She wrestles and chases her big brother, Cookie Monster (133672), around and around and around, and they wrestle like they're in a competition! Cookie will lay on his back while Cabby pounces on him. He is in a higher weight class so when she thinks he's playing roughly, she'll stand up for herself and meow to tell him off; similarly, after mealtime, Cabby grooms him until he pushes her away to say, "That's enough, little sister!" They are teaching each other well. Learn about Cookie Monster, an adorable black and white medium floof with woolly ears and a "cap and saddle" coat pattern - https://tinyurl.com/wazv76py

And see more about both of them on Instagram, from the time they arrived at APA! and how they have blossomed! @because.kittens

Cabby is fine when meeting new people, and was playful and sweet with the gentle 8-year-old child she met, letting her pick her up and hold her in her lap. And when the resident grumpy adult cat in her foster home sees her on the other side of the baby gate and hisses, Cabby puffs up her tiny tail and stands sideways, slowly walks around, and then forgets about it and goes on her way, playing with toys and scampering cheerfully around! She might like to have a nice feline buddy in her new home to rumpus with, cuddle, and groom.

With her tolerant, easy-going, fun, affectionate, animated, joyfully playful, and sometimes rather nurturing personality, Cabby should adapt to any loving home. She has grown up in a quiet and routine foster home, but should easily get used to a new environment - just give her cuddles, play time, and love as she settles into all the new people and noises!

Cabby's tuxedo coat is a dark smoky gray with darker and smokier "secret" stripes! She has a white bib and white whiskers and eyebrows, and her little white feet are exquisite. It looks like she is sporting a fancy French manicure on all four feet! She is innately tidy, has poise, and sits daintily while simply looking at you and waiting for kisses. Then, she's off to zoom and be the little athlete that she is!

Cabbages is an out-of-this-world fun, bubbly, and spirited kitten! Contact us today to arrange a meet & greet!
