Loving, Funny, Cuddly

Josh is an affectionate boy who will find every opportunity he can to nuzzle you! His favorite spot is cozied up on your shoulder where he can really feel the love. In addition to being a snugglebug, he's a playful, silly guy! You may find him zooming around the house or being a total goofball in the most adorable kitty fashion.

Josh was a member of a loving family prior to arriving at the shelter. They were planning a move overseas and were worried that the trip would be too difficult for him so they reluctantly surrendered Josh and he's feline friend, Norma, to the shelter. Now they hope Josh will start a new life where he's adored every bit as much as before. Josh is such an awesome cat, we know that is absolutely possible and probable!

Josh is a wonderful communicator - sweet nuzzles mean "Pet me!", rolling over on his back means "Let's play!" and softly chittering means "I'm feeling silly and a little mischievous!"

Josh isn't nanny material just yet, but there's some real Mary Poppins potential. He has spent time with babies and kids and will good-naturedly tolerate some shenanigans. He is very careful about not using his claws on people - even when he's playing. He has lived amicably with other cats. While he hasn't had much experience around dogs, we think he could make canine friends if given time to get to know them.

Josh would be happiest in a home where his humans will play around with him a little bit and who will love him big time! If you're looking for an affectionate, endearing new friend with adult cat maturity and kitteny charm, we're not joshing when we tell you Josh is just the man you're looking for!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
