Quiet, Gentle, Loving

You know how when you meet that special someone there is almost an audible "click?" Well, Click is looking to click with her special human!

Click is a loving cat who lives for her human to give her pets, and will lean in to get the most of them! She was born with underdeveloped eyes that were removed when she was a kitten, so she has basically been blind almost her entire life. That makes her a little cautious when meeting someone new, and she understandably wants to spend a bit of time trust-building with you. Then, she will be your loyal, affectionate, companionable sidekick!

No worries about Click getting around the house - blind cats learn to navigate their environment by using their superpower hearing, sense of smell, and memory. Show Click where things are in the house - treats could be a good way to get her attention and reinforce the learning! - and soon she will be walking around the house like a cat with perfect vision. For Click, this is normal, and she's used to it.

Click previously lived in a house with cats who weren't kind to her, and her owner made the tough decision to find a better home for Click, one without the possibility of being unfairly and unexpectedly pounced upon! She would likely be perfectly happy as your only cat.

Click hasn't played much in her foster home, but once she completely relaxes, she might be tempted with toys that make sounds - like jingle balls or scrunchy balls. Or, she might decide that such kittenish things are behind her, and she simply wants to chill out in a comfy spot and get pets from you!

It is obvious that Click is a thoughtful and warm cat who will welcome all the goodness and sweetness you offer! Just give her a little time to figure things out, show her where things are, and then settle in with your new bestie. Did you hear that "click?"
