Sweet, Playful, Curious

This big kitty is ready to give you some big love! Radian will seek your attention, specifically butt scratches. She is calm, friendly, and welcomes affection, but prefers to receive it standing on her own four feet rather than being picked up.

When Radian isn't relaxing she's having a grand time with catnip toys, kicker toys, and wand toys. She will hold a toy close and bunny kick the living daylights out of it - so funny! She is a playful baby at heart.

Radian was previously adopted, but found herself back at APA! after her human companion moved out of the country. She's now looking for her for-real forever home, preferably one with treats and kitty towers. Though her human should not overdo it with the treats, because this gal is a bit chunky. She would do best on a diet that slowly and safely enables her to drop some of her chubbiness; this will help her to better groom herself and to climb in and out of the litter box.

Radian enjoys being around other kitties, though sometimes they pick on her - and to be fair, sometimes she picks on them - but we think she could live with another chill cat. She allows pets from children, and would do best with older kids. She has been around dogs in her past and can tolerate a gentle one.

Radian is such a fun character! Contact us today to meet her.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.

APA!’s Barn Cat Program Provides You With Your Favorite Whiskered Workers

Some cats prefer mice-hunting to bird-watching, and some prefer laying in grass to sitting on laps. Here at APA!, we believe that barn cats still deserve a chance to live happy and healthy.
