"Minotaur is the biggest sweetest chunk of floof... I just want to snuggle him on a couch while watching horror movies." -a solid review by Minotaur's caretaker

Bright-eyed and curious, Minotaur is on the lookout for his forever home. This sweet kitty is the perfect balance of social and independent; he can spend alone time hunting bugs, and then come right over to you, meowing and asking for pets. Minotaur also knows how to "shake hands", courtesy of his foster mom's training, and loves to show off for guests. He likes to follow humans around the house and play with laser pointers and catnip toys if they can hold his attention for long enough.

Minotaur will let you know that he's ready for pets by rubbing against you! He is a big time cuddler who enjoys sleeping in your lap. He is the cutest biscuit maker and loves to be brushed--his secret to keeping his gorgeous coat extra soft!

Minotaur is a food thief! So far in his foster home, he has stolen his foster mom's hummus, pita chips, popcorn, cheese, soup (that was a tough one!), veggie burger, fruit, lettuce (who steals lettuce??), and pastries. So far!

Minotaur has also done excellent around other feline friends. He constantly licks and cuddles with his foster cat friend, and played with his roommates at the shelter.

Keep those boxes around because Minotaur absolutely LOVES them! He also has a thing for window sills where he loves to sit and people watch. If he sees birds or lizards he's ready to chat with his animated chirps. Such a funny boy!

A home with stuff going on but lots of places for him to sit and chill sounds like the perfect place for Minotaur. His previous owner moved and couldn't take him along, so he's looking for his new home and new human(s). He has a big meow that is rather comical, and he can't way to say HELLOOOO! Contact us today to arrange a meet & greet!

Minotaur has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Minotaur can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
