Bun is a lady that plays hard to get. She may act like she doesn't want your attention, but when she thinks you aren't paying attention she'll snuggle right up to you on the couch, at the foot of your bed, or even in your lap in a chair. Once she's made you work for it though, she'll happily snuggle up next to you and purr for days.

Like most cats, Bun is an avid napper. She also loves exploring around the house for perches to nap on - desks, chairs, couches, etc. She wants to make sure she's explored every nook and cranny of her home! Her favorite place to relax is a windowsill - she can sit and watch the cars and squirrels all day.

Bun's ideal home would have lots of windows for her to gaze pensively out of, and a human companion that needs a cat to warm their lap while working at a desk.

Like many older cats, Bun's kidneys are not functioning as well as they once were. This condition is so common for seniors that APA! offers a special adoption package for them. Read more about renal failure and adoption details here: https://bit.ly/2YudG90. Don't let that hold you back though, this girl will melt your heart with all the love she has to give!

Bun is one of hundreds of cats and kittens that APA! rescued from the perils of Hurricane Harvey. Most of these kitties have been adopted! Bun is hoping it's her turn to be a part of a forever family. Would you like to meet her?

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
