Nuzzly, Kind-hearted, Food Lover

Chadwick, though wearing quite a dapper tuxedo coat, doesn't let his formal attire get in the way of pets and playtime. He'll seek you out in the evenings on the couch or in bed for a daily dose of Vitamin L - Love - in the form of face scritches. He can be a little timid sometimes or easily startled, but when you pet him, he recovers almost immediately! Chad adorably chirps and squeaks when he wants pets, which he LOVES. And when it's mealtime, prepare to be entertained by Chad's uncontrollable excitement, singing, and little piggy snorts as he digs in to his wet food. He's only got a few teeth, but that doesn't impact his passion for food.

Chadwick is a little shy, but he easily loosens up around another friendly cat. Chad is tolerant of his exuberant younger foster brother, and you can find them occasionally playing tag or peek-a-boo. Chad is most likely to be found relaxing or following his humans around, but if someone initiates playtime, he's game. He's been known to enjoy string toys and catnip mice.

Chadwick's ideal forever family will provide him with some quiet places to sleep during the day, give affection in the evenings, understand that he's not comfortable with nail trims, and would be okay with Chad snuggling up for a night's sleep with them every once in a while!

Chadwick has experienced minor episodes of stomatitis (inflammation of the mouth), but it has been easily controlled by his wet food diet. He is a healthy FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) cat. FIV+ cats typically live long, healthy lives! For more information, please contact APA! or read this FAQ: http://bit.ly/2DPxI43

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
