Sweet, Cuddly, Friendly

Check out Leela's feet - she's a polydactyl (she has extra toes)! She is also extra cuddly, and her favorite activities are snuggling with people and getting cheek scratches. She is a gentle sweetheart and likes to be around people - preferably, sitting in your lap and getting pets. And at night, sleeping near you.

Leela is a senior gal, tiny and almost kitten-sized! She could gain a pound, so she gets to eat gravy foods, which she loves to lap up (she may beg for it!). She enjoys watching you try to get her to play, but won't chase that ball that you toss with anything other than her eyes! Though playing may not interest her, she has a curious and inquisitive nature, and prefers to use her energy to check out every nook and cranny in the house.

Leela is looking for a calm, chill household with adults/young adults to love and treat her kindly. She's the perfect companion for someone looking for friendly and social cat to hang out with. Other cats stress her out, as well as rambunctious little humans, so a cat-free and kid-free home would suit her supremely well. She did live with a mellow, senior dog for a while, and was perfectly fine with him.

Leela will use a vertical scratching post with all of her toes - so she should have one in her new home. She gets subcutaneous fluids every few days to help keep her hydrated. She's doing really well for a gal her age!

Leela adds warm fuzzies wherever she is - she would definitely add warmth and love to your home! Contact us today to meet her.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
