Sweet, playful, cuddly

Domino is a very special lady and is looking for a home where she can be surrounded by loving humans who can help her grow and learn! You'll notice right away how adorable and sweet she is. She's such a happy cat and it may surprise you to learn that she's also mostly blind. Because of her poor vision, some things are harder for her, like telling the difference between a scratching post and regular carpet. She might bop you with her paw, sometimes difficult for her to read her friends' behavior, but with some redirection techniques and patience, she'll thrive in a forever home!

Domino is a joy to have around. She is super active and doesn't let her vision hold her back from living her best kitty life. She loves playing, and jingle toys are her absolute favorite! When she's not bursting with energy, she likes to cuddle up on her person's lap and get plenty of pets. Domino had a rough start to life and was found starving, so she'll also need to depend on her human to keep the food close by and make sure she's eating well.

Blind cats are amazing - they rely on their supersonic hearing and excellent memory to navigate the house. If you introduce anything new, or move some furniture, just "show" it to Domino - and in no time at all she remembers it. Some blind cats use their paws to grab things that are unfamiliar to them - they're trying to figure out what it is and what it does! So be patient while Domino examines something new to her. It is really astounding and inspiring how she moves around her environment!

If you're looking for a furry friend with a big heart, look no further then Domino - your new BFF!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
