Curious! Interactive! Cuddly!

Buenos dias from San Juan! Have you ever wanted to take a getaway to Puerto Rico? Well, look no further, because you can travel to see our gorgeous San Juan in no time at all! When you visit San Juan you'll get to experience playfulness, cuddles, purrs, and hours companion kitty quality time. She never wants to leave your side! She'll dance through your feet like waves on a beach. If you're taking a lounge, she'll join you!

San Juan has perfected her lap cat skills and has advanced to shoulder cat status. She is well known for putting her paws on your chest when she wants to be carried around. You may hear some chirps from San Juan; she likes to tell you she loves you, but doesn't overdo it with loud yowls.

She's a big help in the kitchen too! For unknown reasons, San Juan is fascinated by sinks! She'll watch you do dishes for hours and be mesmerized with that tiny waterfall us humans keep on our counter tops. The only time San Juan won't be near you is if she is chasing a shiny toy or a ball around the room. She gets creative and will make anything in to a cat toy. Her playfulness can only be matched by her affection and sweet kitty snuggles.

San Juan would love to be a home with lots of action. She enjoys running around, so spacious rooms and long hallways are a big plus! Miss Juan adores her social life and being around people. She would do best in a home where someone works out of the house or is retired; she likes having a full-time buddy! She is great with children and would be a perfect fit for a family. She has yet to meet any pups, when she's introduced slowly to other cats she has happy and ready to play with them!! Make every day a vacation with beautiful San Juan!

San Juan has tested positive for FeLV (Feline Leukemia Virus). FeLV cats have a virus that causes a weaker immune system - they do not have cancer! For the most part, felvies are just like any other cat. You could not pick one out of the crowd, and they generally do not require much additional care. As a bonus, we waive their adoption fees! APA! provides full coverage and treatment for any FeLV-related issues that arise after the time of adoption. Cats with FeLV typically have a shortened lifespan - we like to compare it to the lifespan of adopting a senior kitty, with the added benefit that they don't have chronic senior health problems, and that FeLV-related medical care is covered. San Juan is not contagious to people, dogs or other animals, but should live only with other FeLV+ cats. For more information, please contact APA! or read more by our Partner, Best Friends Animal Society: http://bit.ly/2FwYCxR

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
