Playful! Food motivated! Happy!

Meet beautiful Bacon! Bacon is the ultimate Texas flare kitty. She's orange and white for Whataburger AND the UT Longhorns. She'd walk around in boots and a cowgirl hat if she had them! She's an independent southern gal who can manage her sassy self. Bacon does great entertaining herself when her owner is away. So far, Bacon is low-maintenance when it comes to affection. What can she say? She's a no frills, meat and potatoes kind of lady.

One look at Bacon's face and you'll know she's present, perky, and ready to play! Her eyes are alert and aware, as if she's seeing everything for the first time. We're unsure if Bacon believes she is a dog, because she seems to have found herself becoming pals with her foster's pup. Bacon will play with the dog like they are a cute Disney pairing of animal best friends. Keep the camera going because you might get a sensational YouTube video of a spunky cat frolicking with a hound. She'll perk up those ears when she hears a dinner bell. Bacon's favorite time is supper time. She'll eat any ol' thing, she's not picky!

Bacon would do lovely in a home with some other fur friends - particularly cat-friendly dogs. She likes playing with the pups. She can hold her own and enjoys the excitement! Bacon is sensitive on her booty and would prefer if you are cautious about not petting her lower back. Due to her petting sensitivity, she would likely be best suited for a home without young children.

Bacon has a manageable seizure condition that requires medication - and she has been been seizure-free since being on meds! She is highly food motivated so an easy trick for her meds are those yummy treat pill-pockets. Bacon will just think she's getting a tasty reward! Who doesn't love giving their fur friend a fun snack?
