Loving, Beautiful, Easy-going

We're sure you'll think Xandie is a stunner at first glance. Her green eyes perfectly complement her ginger coat and she's got a little mane and a floofy, floofy tail. And with Xandie, beauty isn't just fur deep. She's an affectionate love bug who will make a purr-fect companion for some lucky person. Her favorite place to be is sitting next to you on the couch, getting pets and giving her sweet purrs. Xandie will always make sure you have a warm welcome when you get home. She'll greet you at the door and follow you around a bit so you'll know you were missed. She's not overly chatty, but she sometimes starts a conversation or responds when you talk to her. She has a lovely voice and a wide vocabulary of meows, chirrups, and other cute kitty words.

For Xandie, no day is complete without a little kittenish fun. One of her favorite toys is a feather and string. She also loves her catnip toys and hopes you'll keep a steady supply of them for her to rub on or bat around.

This sweet lady has a history of tummy trouble that occasionally causes her to throw up. She's on sensitive tummy wet food that makes her feel a little better, but she may always be a bit pukey and needs someone to comfort her and love her when she's not feeling so great. Have you ever had a friend who had a sensitive digestive system, had to watch what they eat, and had good days and bad days? Well, Xandie is that friend!

Watchful and attentive, she adapts quickly to her surroundings and will honor your request to stay away from off-limits spaces. We think Xandie would get along fine with another mellow kitty as she's successfully lived with kitty roommates at APA!.

Xandie is very proud of her beautiful tail (who wouldn't be?) and does not like it to touch anything while she uses her litter box. Because of the way she squats, she might sometimes go over the edge. We think a larger litter box with high walls will give her the room she needs to do her business.

If you're looking for a senior sweetheart to cuddle on the couch, contact us to meet Xandie. She is the best!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
