Affectionate, Sweet, Resilient

Not So Tiny Tim will win your heart in a not so tiny way. We're not saying that just because he has incredibly cute, swirly orange stripes or based on his extremely adorable face. Although his good looks will no doubt get your attention! It's his inspiring approach to life and endless sweetness in the face of adversity that will ultimately capture your heart in a BIG way.

Not So Tiny Tim was brought to the shelter by a good Samaritan when he was a tiny kitten. He was unable to move his back legs, his tail was limp, and he had other issues due to spinal trauma he had endured. We suspect he may have been abused, neglected and abandoned. Not So Tiny Tim was cared for and coddled as soon as we laid eyes on him. We could tell he was unaccustomed to kind humans. Even so, his patient tolerance of all the handling that was needed to treat him convinced us he knew we were there to help him. He's in a loving foster home now where he is making remarkable progress. He's gaining control of his once lifeless back legs and is able to basically walk on them with gentle support from his foster. He's likely to improve further as his core and legs get stronger. Not So Tiny Tim is conquering his challenges big time!

In spite of what he's been through and his continuing struggles, Not So Tiny Tim is a happy and affectionate boy who loves to play. He gets along with other cats and can hold his own in a kitty wrestling match! He also likes to snuggle up with his foster's dog! As far as Not So Tiny Tim is concerned, he's like any other young cat...enthusiastic, loving and ready for fun!

Due to the injuries Not So Tiny Tim suffered, he is incontinent and requires some extra medical care. For more information, please contact APA! The trained staff is always glad to answer your questions and help you give Tim the best care possible with the least amount of difficulty for you.

We believe Not So Tiny Tim will continue to progress beautifully if he is in a home with a compassionate person who will give him loads of love and who is comfortable providing him the care he needs. He will gladly give you all he has to offer in return...unconditional love, a grateful friend for life, and the inspiration that he will no doubt engender as you witness him fearlessly and happily tackling each day. If you think there's a possibility you have the heart and forever home for Not So Tiny Tim, he would be tremendously happy! Contact us today to meet him!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
