Calm, Sweet, Snuggly

Si is a sweet senior kitty who enjoys snuggling on the couch with his foster and lounging around in relaxation. He's super easygoing and a big people lover who loves being petted! Si wants nothing more than to just curl up in a warm bed, be loved on, and purr the day away!

Si was rescued from the streets but quickly acclimated to life with people, indulging in all the luxuries of his foster home! He loves cuddling up with his people on the couch, napping, and exploring around the house if he's feeling active. Si loves his meal times too, getting chatty and excited when it's time to eat!

Cat toys aren't of much interest to Si; he would much rather have you pet him than play with him! Even though he loves attention now, it took a little time for Si to trust his foster people. He will definitely need his forever family to be patient with him as he settles into a new environment, but a little patience will go a long way! Once he warms up, Si is the biggest cuddle bug!

A mellow home with patient adults would be a perfect fit for Si! He has had limited interactions with the resident dog in his foster home and got a little scared when he came too close to him. His experiences with other cats and kids is unknown, but Si is pretty adaptable and would probably learn to love other easygoing pets. Si has shown so much improvement in his foster home, so he's sure to become even more outgoing as he continues getting all the love, attention, and pets he deserves!

Si has stomatitis which is an inflammation of the mouth. It is typically resolved through removal of teeth and supportive care. He currently requires some extra medical care which may include medications and specialized diet. For more information, please contact APA!

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
