Low Maintenance, Shy, Cautious

Eleanor is a beautiful wallflower with unique tortie markings and apricot and grey fur. Her mysterious past may explain why she can be so shy and sometimes fearful around new people. We know that Eleanor is waiting to find her forever home so she can feel comfortable enough to be herself. She just needs the right human to recognize it! Eleanor is a quiet, low maintenance cat who has excellent litter and scratching manners. She would be happiest being in a cat-only home that is quiet and has good hiding places where she can hang out. When she gets scared, she can occasionally act out, so we don't recommend a home with kids. The ideal home for her would include loving, cat-savvy adults who can be patient and let her blossom at her own pace.

Eleanor is a healthy FIV+ (Feline Immunodeficiency Virus) cat. FIV+ cats typically live long, healthy lives! For more information, please contact APA! or read this FAQ: http://bit.ly/2DPxI43

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
