Cuddly, Affectionate, Graceful
Meet Wilson! This guy has seriously beautiful eyes and a gorgeous gray-toned tabby coat, but his sweet personality is the most beautiful of all!
Wilson is a total lap cat who loves to be around his people. He'll hop up right beside you and immediately plop himself down on your lap to cuddle -- or wait patiently beside you and rub against your legs, if you're doing something like brushing your teeth. He just wants some TLC and is happy to simply be in your presence. He purrs nonstop and it is the SWEETEST thing ever.
Wilson doesn't seem too interested in toys, but he does LOVE his scratching post. He loves to sleep, bask in the sun, stretch, and cuddle. He's quite vocal and likes to say hello with sweet, polite meows.
Wilson is a super easygoing, chill dude. He's very stoic, graceful and calm as he walks around the house. He's adaptable and would be perfectly content in most situations, whether you work a 9-5 or are home most of the time. He's totally happy to be alone and can entertain himself, but he's SO lovable when you come home and truly enjoys spending time with you!
Wilson has a very amicable temperament and seems to be a good candidate for having another kitty around! He appears unafraid of dogs, too, and would surely extend his loving kindness to children (ages 7+ would be prefered, though, as Wilson would still appreciate that family members understand how to be gentle and respect his boundaries). He's a very low-maintenance, nondestructive cat who's great at using his litter box.
Wilson has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Wilson can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.
All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
