Cautious, Friendly, Biscuit Queen

Stone Pony may be a little bit cautious at first, but once she warms up she will be making biscuits for days! Stone Pony also enjoys sweet pats, especially on her cheeks, and likes to be around her humans but often avoids sitting in laps, unless there's treats involved (of course!). When she's not making biscuits or seeking attention, Stone Pony loves to play with toys, especially wand toys. You'll be able to see Stone Pony's excitement and anticipation for play a mile away as she watches and her eyes get bigger and bigger.

Stone Pony has had mixed experience with other cats, and it would likely do well with another relaxed cat and a little bit of patience. Stone Pony's ideal home would be quiet with patient humans to allow her to adjust and get comfortable.

Check out more of Stone Pony on her foster's Instagram: www.Instagram.com/catsoflevy.

Stone Pony has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. Stone Pony can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
