Calm, Friendly, Attention-Loving

Make 98 DeSqueeze your main squeeze! 98 DeSqueeze loves attention of any kind from people, so he will easily become your best friend if you're supplying the pets and head scratches!

Asking for attention is no problem for 98 DeSqueeze. His usual strategy is to follow you around, meowing as cute as possible. Once he sees that you're sitting down, he'll knead you or lightly rub his head against you asking for pets. 98 DeSqueeze loves being petted and getting belly rubs - those are his weakness!

Sometimes 98 DeSqueeze will get spurts of energy sending him into a playful mood, and his favorite toy so far has been the laser pointer. He always wiggles his butt as he's getting ready to pounce on the laser dot, so you will probably have just as much fun watching him play as he does playing! Chasing that little red dot is serious business to 98 DeSqueeze, so make sure you reward him with lots of pets and belly rubs once he's caught it!

98 DeSqueeze is super easygoing and only meows when he's excited for meal time or really wants attention. He's currently wearing a cone since he has a wound on his back that's healing, but he hardly notices as long as he has loving people to keep him distracted with pets! 98 DeSqueeze's history with other cats, dogs, and kids is unknown, but he would probably be happiest with people and other pets that are easygoing like him. If you're looking for a sweet buddy to enjoy lots of couch time with, 98 DeSqueeze would love to join you!

98 DeSqueeze has tested positive for Feline Leukemia. FeLV is not a type of cancer. It's a virus that causes a weaker immune system and often a shorter life-span. For the most part, 'FeLVies' are just like any other cat. APA! waives the adoption fees of these cats, and provides FeLV-related treatment and support post-adoption. 98 DeSqueeze can only live with other FeLV+ cats, but dogs and other animals are just fine! Any questions? We'd love to talk with you about FeLV care.

All APA! cats are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and have updated vaccines and a microchip. Lifetime support is offered by our Cat Behavior Team.
